Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return unopened products within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
Products eligible for return:
- Unopened bottles with intact seals
- Products in original packaging
- Products without any signs of use or tampering
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened or used products
- Products with broken seals
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Products purchased during special promotional sales (unless defective)
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging
- Our courier partner will collect the product from your address
- Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after inspection
Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method:
- Online Payments: Credited to your bank account/card within 5-7 business days
- UPI/Wallets: Credited within 2-3 business days
- COD Orders: Bank transfer (please provide account details)
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for:
- Free pickup of the damaged product
- Immediate replacement or full refund (your choice)
- No questions asked policy for manufacturing defects
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order before it is shipped at no charge. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may return the product as per our return policy.
